          Had a great opportunity to be involved with this home soon to hit the real estate market.Here we are replacing wood, and in many instances recycling the nice cedar wood pieces that only had bad ends. The railing system was lose so we replaced many of the 4x4 posts, replaced some steps, added lots of metal joist brackets (Simpson Strong-Ties) and more. We also ended up pressure washing & staining the entire massive deck. It looked good. All in one day...just kidding.       It's awesome to get referred to a client. We were referred to this client in Alpharetta for a pressure wash.It took us, three guys, almost four hours to complete this job. I don't think we missed a square inch. Call us, provide a little help for a little while for a lot of things. |

      It was hard not to enjoy the day, even if we had some serious scrubbing to do. This particular deck was in pretty good shape but it was funky dirty - cleaned it twice. Finished the prep work and commenced the staining via our airless sprayer - big difference from rolls & brushes - on the deck & some of the outdoor furniture. Call us, we also build & repair decks.         All good things come to an end? Yes, this one did too. It was a nice jacuzzi but the only way to exit was piece by piece (there is no other way). We unscrewed each composite deck board, disconnected the electrical and water and commenced the deconstruction (yeah, we had a little fun with it). After the fun was over & the jacuzzi vacated the building we pressure washed the area, added the supporting structure new composite deck boards. (Turned out to be a nice little private deck).       We don't live by the Chattahoochee River, but we sure were enjoying life the few days we worked there. We treated, pressure washed, scrubbed, and pressure washed some more on day one - yes, we were careful enough not to burn the wood. We did some spot sanding as needed then covered/protected the residence and plants prior to staining the deck with our spray gun. What next? We had lunch by the river. It was hard not to.        We were referred to this very nice couple by a previous client (thank you) to help redo the front porch. This is an adorable little house a couple of blocks from Roswell Square. We were asked to deliver and spread some pine straw, replace the water heater, electric switch and install an exhaust fan in the bathroom. We enjoyed actually repairing the porch and utilizing some good wood the homeowner had saved. The railing was decorative style and in excellent condition, glad we didn't have to throw it away. These 6x6 posts were under their other deck an in great condition as well. We added the post caps and base molding and got it ready for the homeowners to paint themselves.  We pressure washed the house and additional two decks giving the home an early spring cleaning.  Almost forgot, per the homeowners request we added square footage to the first step giving it more of a platform area. This helps with trip hazards and drier shoes when it rains hard.
