   It certainly was a beautiful day in the three towns we were in. They were selling fast in Buford, so fast the sign was flying off. The postman couldn't ring twice because the mailbox was down in Cumming. And the balloons couldn't be seen in Lilburn because the sign wasn't secured. Sometimes we contribute to major home improvements, sometimes we make important home repairs, and sometime we just do handyman work. Yup, a little help for a little while for a lot of things.    I'm not sure what happened, sure it's been very cold lately, but the moment we got out of the truck we felt an artic freeze or something. He we are again installing signs for HomeSouth Builders. This new development is in Lilburn, a click or so away from our normal stopping grounds of North Fulton, but a very nice site nonetheless.    Had a cool opportunity to secure and hang slat walls for a client that has an impressive collection of Batman figures and such. We did some carpentry work to and listened to Married with Children in the garage. |

   From housekeeping to window washing we provide a little help for a little while for a lot of things. This home went through a deep cleaning in what we call "listing preparations" (for sale market). We were fortunate to have been referred to Susan Clark with Keller Williams (404-403-2562) for the job - By the way, one of the nicest ladies we've ever met, very cordial & professional. As for the home? Awesome. |

    Getting ready for the 4th of July...very nice home owner wanted two posts installed in her back yard for her hammocks )As you might can tell tree is perfect for shade and relaxing).     We're a lucky team and excited to help these north Alpharetta home owners with their pool project. This again is where we're a perfect fit - in this case we're involved from the middle of the project and will help wrap things up. The home owner is leading this project and we're bringing our own skills and energy to help complete it. Today Chase and Ross help with scaling the deck back, busting up some concrete and some earth removal. The boys were there all day and the home owner was very pleased with them.   Sometimes things just come together well. We received this phone call to help fix the fountain drink machine late in the day and luckily we were down the road at the Salt Factory preparing a siding quote. It feels good to fix a problem to an emergency call. Food smelled real good. |

Yes it is very true. We provide a little help for a little while for a lot of things.  The owner of this vehicle hit a curb and not only had a flat tire but needed to replace it as well. I was there to help change the flat only to find out the spare was flat. I took the spare to the gas station for air and installed in on her car. I followed the driver to the NTB shop up the road by Pleasant Hill to ensure she was ok (the spare had a leak from the stem). Glad I was there to help. |
