     We're thankful to help out our client again with his investment property. In preparations for the new tenant, and in addition to the usual cleaning, this time we painted a majority of the residence & repaired some splitting sheet rock corners, installed a recessed electrical outlet for a wall mounted t.v. & replaced some damaged grout in the master shower.       We were fortunate to help this senior citizen couple with preparations to make their home ready for the real estate market. We cleaned their house, shampooed their carpets, pressure washed the driveway, haul a bunch of stuff to Goodwill (2 full box trucks of stuff). We even planted a few colorful plants to add some curb appeal. Best of luck to them in Vegas.    From housekeeping to window washing we provide a little help for a little while for a lot of things. This home went through a deep cleaning in what we call "listing preparations" (for sale market). We were fortunate to have been referred to Susan Clark with Keller Williams (404-403-2562) for the job - By the way, one of the nicest ladies we've ever met, very cordial & professional. As for the home? Awesome. |

  Really grateful to be hired for the third time to help this young busy couple with their 'to do' list. We first met when help was needed to move some furniture around, we helped again with some yard work, and then again with basement clean-up and removal of work/craft tables.
