Ok, I couldn't help myself. Yup, here we are again fortunate to be able to help another family with a few things around the house. We fixed a loose gutter (way up high), repaired some door trim ( water damaged from the loose gutter), fixed a leak on their front entrance (we removed old caulk and broken mortar) with new mortar and yes, we're fixing the deck w/new wood and will stain it and some deck furniture.
